I was asked to sign an NDA by a University as part of a settlement agreement in a case concerning bullying and discrimination. Signing the NDA made me feel that I had done something wrong and was under suspicion, despite being the victim. I could no longer trust my employer and took a job elsewhere. The NDA prevented me from sharing my experiences and resulted in me needing counselling.
