I was asked to sign an NDA by a famous, reputable, post secondary school in New York City. I reported sexual harassment to the school many times and experienced something called "severe institutionalized gaslighting" by the school. The coercion/ gaslighting became so severe I eventually needed to seek medical/ professional psychological treatment for the constant abuse. When I started this treatment I was handed an NDA. I was expecting severe panic attacks and was unable to perceive consensual reality (according to my therapist). The school also had a history of sexual abuse from staff and faculty. This had been recorded by prior students. For some reason, no one in authority has ever looked into them for their abuse and they still teach and operate today. I am in the process of have my NDA invalidated. This agreement is ruining my life and state of being. It affects every aspect of my life and I know in order to heal, I need this agreement gone.
