I was assaulted and silenced with a Publication Ban. It was one of the most horrific times in my life and I was told not to talk about the details with anyone but the Law Enforcement Officer to ensure the chance of a fair trial. I never had the chance to testify the case was dismissed, but the Publication Ban stayed in effect. I may still be offered an NDA as I've not gone public with all the details..I don't know how to use my own Voice having had it taken from me for too long. I was reminded that I may be asked to sign an NDA to avoid publication, I declined. Not sure if I can stay strong
